So there you go- it’s that EASY! All you do it pick a group you want to attend, meet-up in our private Facebook group, read two chapters before your next group meeting, and complete the companion study guide for WEEK ONE so you’re ready to talk about it next week.

“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him,
so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”

  • Traci Lacayo says:

My problem is that I let things overwhelm me and then I allow those things to attack my soul and drain my “cup” so to speak. This illness has totally drained my cup and it is the grace of God that 1) Has slowed me down and helped me to heal not only physically but spiritually. This surgery and recovery has given me a whole new outlook on things going on in my life. Psalm 46:10 has never been more truer in my life and when things start to overwhelm me I try very hard to say over and over again “Be Still..and know that He is God”

    • Christine Abraham says:

Your testimony of healing is inspiration for many women Traci. It’s very hard to be still with so many distractions inside us and around us. I have to turn on some focus music when the noise around me gets too loud for me and I start to feel overwhelmed. I like how you use Scripture as a personal affirmation. Lord Carry Me from Deut. 1:31 has been a verse that I anchor to in seasons of growth.

  • Lisa McKee says:

I must say that woman in the photo looks Overwhelmed! That’s my look too when it seems everything is piled on my plate. I keep buying planners thinking my stress will go away once I’m organized. Well, the problem is not the planner- it’s how I approach my task list! See you in our discussion groups this week
